We are Marina and Rodrigo, a tango couple born in Argentina but belonging to the whole world. Our passion for Tango led us to meet incredible places and amazing people. For that, and many other reasons, we fell we have the best job in the world! What we love the most about our Tango is the sensitivity and intimacy we find when we start to flow in the dance floor.

We believe that our dancing is also reflected in our teaching. Sensitivity and intimacy in a friendly atmosphere are the most important features for us when we think about a class. We believe that students will find in our couple, not only good tango instructors but also good friends, who are ready to help and share unforgettable moments together.

SHORT BIO

Rodrigo (31), from San Luis province, started to dance tango when he was 17, in his high school. In 2007 he moved to Buenos Aires to follow his passion for tango. In 2013 he got to the finals in Metropolitan Championship of Buenos Aires in the categories of Tango, Milonga and Vals. After that, he travelled abroad to teach and perform in different countries such as South Korea, Japan, Denmark, Poland and Check Republic.

Marina (31), from Tucumán province, started to dance tango in 2008 while she was studying her career as an English teacher. She decided to move to Buenos Aires in 2013, after she graduated. Once in Buenos Aires she took classes with a lot of prestigious teachers and got to the semifinals in the World Tango Championship of 2013. She was also DJ in milongas in Buenos Aires and the rest of Argentina.

We met in the milongas in Buenos Aires in 2013, fell in love, and, after some months, we decided to start dancing together in 2014.

In 2015, we were part of “Seleccionado Federal de Tango”, a governmental project in which one couple from each province was selected to be part of a cast to perform a show in CCK (Centro Cultural Kirchner), under the direction of Sabrina and Ruben Veliz, Elina Roldán, Leonardo Cuello, Alejandra Armenti and Daniel Juarez. We also part of the Tango Show “Taconeando, la vereda de Beba”, in San Telmo.

In 2017, we got the 3rd place in the Metropolitan Championship of Buenos Aires.

We had the privilege of being Jury of the "World Tango Championship and Festival" (preliminary rounds. Tucuman, July 2018). Also Jury in "3er Campeonato San Luiseño de Tango, Milonga y Vals (San Luis, December 2018), together with Roxanna Suarez, Sebastian Achaval. Diego Escobar and Cecilia Berra.

We have also been traveling abroad since 2014. Some of our destinations were: South Korea (Seoul), Russia (St Petersburg), Germany (Munich, Berlin), Denmark (Copenhagen, Næstved, Thisted, Møn), Slovakia (Bratislava), etc.
